Instructor seminar in Lviv 7-9.11. 2025. Three days of strength, knowledge and Cossack spirit are behind us, but the energy of the martial art seminar "SPAS" will be with us for a long time.
Trainers, instructors, students, pupils and veterans from different parts of Ukraine gathered in Lviv to learn, share experience and strengthen the common cause. These were days when every exercise, every movement and every look reminded that SPAS is not just a martial art. It is a path of the heart, will and memory. It is symbolic that we held this seminar on the birthday of the Lviv Federation of SPAS.
